Limericks
Mr Coe, who runs the writing class, thinks that limericks are a useful, if frivolous, creative exercise. He suggested that if we were stuck for inspiration, we should think of a place and try to write a limerick about it in order, 'to get our brain cells working...'
In contrast to Mr Coe, I think that limericks are one of the greatest forms of poetry because they have a nice easy rhythm and they rhyme.
